Contexio’s design.AI intelligently gathers data from design and fashion shows to provide insights for
designers on a real-time basis. It also helps create real-life garment-wearing models and mannequins
for visualizing and modifying their design ideas. Design.AI also provides a platform for collaborating,
selecting, and communicating with stakeholders
The largest multibrand fashion and home retailer in India was looking for a solution to help its designers get insights
on the latest and future trends in apparel and home design products. Contexio’s design.ai was selected to support
this process through its AI-enabled crawlers. Design.ai fetched critical design component information on patterns,
fabric, and styling across a range of leading design house fashion shows and trade shows.
This data was collected from known design sources, as well as continually upgraded new design sources as
recommended by designers. This information was presented in easy-to-consume formats on a real-time basis, with
the ability to club elements and create new designs. Features were provided to dress up fashion models and
mannequins from CAD drawings to help visualize the end products. Design.ai provided collaborative features to
discuss and share feedback for improvements.
